Job Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development
    • Design and develop different training plans for new hires and new products
    • Create assessments that will ensure deep understanding of training contents
    • Perform regular reviews of training plans, materials and contents and improve as needed
  • Training and Assessment
    • Conduct the different types of required trainings to employees
    • Assess and monitor progress of employees
    • Provide substantial reports to Operations as needed
    • Conduct mock sessions with employees to evaluate competency and readiness to perform tasks
  • Quality
    • Calibrate standards with the client on a regular basis
    • Collaborate with Operations to ensure up-to-date quailty standards are followed

  • Graduate of English or Communication-related course

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tax
    • Preparation of working papers, filing of taxes, and all other tax matters
  • Accounts Payable
    • Validation of supplier invoices, processing and payments, vendor masterfile management
  • Expense Reporting
    • Analyze and process bi-weekly employee reimbursements
  • Treasury
    • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash Custodian & Releasing of checks (Weekly & Monthly)
  • Aset Management
    • Maintain Fixed Asset Lapsing Schedules, Record Additions and Disposals, FA count (twice a year)
  • Accounts Receivable
    • Analyze Billing Evidence, Prepare and send Statement of Accounts to Clients
  • Aging Reports
    • Maintain and analyze AR and AP Aging Report Schedules
  • PEZA
    • Monthly compliance and reporting of operational performance to PEZA
  • Bookkeeping
    • Complete journals, ledgers and vouchers (GJ, CRJ, CDJ)
  • Adhoc Tasks
    • Filing of documents, support during Audit, timely update of schedules
    • May do Fieldwork for Bank, Government and Legal transactions


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

  • Schedule and Location
    • Perform work five (5) days a week
    • Must be adaptable, flexible, and willing to work on a shifting schedule
    • Report to One Felicity Center, Commonwealth Quezon City
  • Main Tasks
    • Undergo training and meet training requirements
    • Maintain understanding of program specific training
    • Effectively provide quality learning experiences according to specified methodologies
    • Implement the structured lesson management plans
    • Collaborate with the team projects to enforce quality standards across lessons
    • Actively participate in knowledge and skills development activities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound customer call inquiries; Outbound calls when necessary;
  • Analyze customer problems/Inquiry using the provided knowledge tools/system;
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problem

  • Assist less experienced representatives, as necessary;

Preferred (WANT):

  • Studied in Japan or lived in Japan (preferred but not necessary)
