Information Security Policy

TMJP BPO Services, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will continue to improve the work entrusted by client companies with a scientific and engineering approach, and will contribute to the achievement of business goals of client companies with outstanding expertise.

We recognize that ensuring the information security of information and information systems (hereinafter referred to as information assets) necessary to achieve business goals is the most important management issue related to our existence. As a member of the SECOM Group, we set information security goals based on our management philosophy and steadily implement information security management measures to provide a sense of security and trust to our client companies, and to ensure continuous and stable operations. We aim to realize corporate value improvement through business operations.

Our company recognizes the importance of information security at our company, and all employees recognize the basic policy to protect information assets.

  1. In order to protect information related to business activities, the Company shall implement and implement appropriate management measures from the viewpoint of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. In particular, confidential information related to client companies, personal information related to end users, personal information related to employees, and confidential information related to our know-how are positioned as particularly important information to ensure security.
  2. We will comply with laws and other standards related to information security and privacy protection, and will adopt international standards for information security management based on our business development in multiple countries. In addition, information security regulations will be established to ensure information security and reflect business, legal and regulatory requirements, information security obligations based on contracts, and penalties for violations.
  3. We handle information only if a qualified person is recognized as having a need, and we will operate strictly in accordance with this principle.
  4. The environment for information security is constantly changing. We will continue to improve information security management in response to this change. Also. Recognizing that neglecting vulnerabilities increases the risk of information protection, we will always respond to new vulnerabilities.
  5. Recognizing that the deep understanding and participation of all members of the organization is indispensable for information security management, we will conduct appropriate education and training for all employees, as well as confirm the level of understanding and raise awareness. We will continue to implement effective educational activities such as the above measures.
